Tyre Warranty
SAO Tyres provides a minimum one-year guarantee against manufacturing defects on all its products. In the event of a claim, the tyre manufacturer must determine liability before a replacement is requested. If the manufacturer deems the tyre warrantable, a credit will be issued, calculated based on the remaining tread depth after a percentage deduction. Please note, a proper tyre examination by the manufacturer is required to establish liability, which may delay resolution for issues with new tyres. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@saotyres.co.uk or via our HelpLine at 02070 888230. We’ll arrange for the return of unused and undamaged tyres to the original fitting centre. Upon presenting your original receipt, we’ll offer an exchange or a full refund.
